谭海仁博士现任南京大学现代科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师,入选中组部第十四批青年千人计划,国家重点研发计划课题负责人,主要研究方向包括:半导体光电材料与器件、钙钛矿太阳能电池及其高效多结光伏器件、硅基太阳能电池、太阳能转换与存储。在Science, Nature Energy,Nature Communications, Nature Nanotechnology, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, JACS, Progress in Photovoltaics 等刊物发表论文60余篇,引用4000余次。
